Yahan License Agreement

Dear Yahan Customer:
The following Terms of Service ("TOS") is a legal agreement between you or the employer or other entity on whose behalf you are entering into this agreement ("you" or "Customer") and Yahan.

Part I - Visual Content Licenses

Yahan hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, modify (except as expressly prohibited herein) and reproduce Visual Content worldwide, as expressly permitted by the applicable license and subject to the limitations set forth herein.

Image and Video Licenses

1. One-Time Download License: You may download the content for one-time use. The content can be used in any project or medium, without limitations on the number of uses. You are prohibited from reselling or redistributing the content.
2. Complete Rights Transfer: You receive full ownership of the content, including all rights. The content will be delisted from the Yahan platform and can no longer be accessed by the original contributor. The contributor loses all rights and access to the content.

Part II - Restrictions on Use of Visual Content

Use Visual Content other than as expressly provided by the license you purchased with respect to such Visual Content.
Resell or redistribute Visual Content except as specifically provided by the "Complete Rights Transfer" license.
Remove or alter the geotagging or timestamps associated with any Image or Video.

Part III - Credit and Copyright Notices

For content used in connection with publishing, news reporting, or editorial purposes, a credit in the following form is required: "Name of Artist / Yahan".

Part V - Applicable Law

This TOS is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
